The Basics
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Hyoogoo.
- You're responsible for your account and what you post.
- Don't use Hyoogoo for anything illegal or harmful.
- We can close your account if you break these rules.
- Use Hyoogoo at your own risk - we're not responsible for problems that might occur.
Using Hyoogoo
By using Hyoogoo, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.
We might change these terms sometimes. If we do, we'll let you know. If you keep using Hyoogoo after changes, it means you agree to the new terms.
Your Account
Keep your password safe. You're responsible for everything that happens on your account.
Privacy

Your Content and How We Can Use It
You own what you post on Hyoogoo. But when you post, you give us permission to:
- Show your content on Hyoogoo
- Share your content with other Hyoogoo users
- Use your content to improve our services
- Keep your content on our servers
This permission lasts even if you stop using Hyoogoo, unless you delete your content. We won't sell your content or use it in ads without your permission.
Make sure you have the right to post anything you share. Don't post anything illegal, offensive, or harmful.
If you see content that shouldn't be on Hyoogoo, please let us know.
Our Rights
We own Hyoogoo and all its features (except for your content). We can stop you from using Hyoogoo if you break these rules. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to Hyoogoo at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these terms.
Risks and Liability
Hyoogoo is provided "as is". We do our best, but we can't guarantee it will always work perfectly. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hyoogoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. We're not responsible for any damages or losses from your use of Hyoogoo.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Hyoogoo harmless from any claims, losses, liability, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) that arise from your use of Hyoogoo or violation of these terms.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Malaysia, rather than in court. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of any significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of Hyoogoo after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
