Refund Policy
The book is a digital download, so we do not offer refunds once you have received and downloaded it. The free 3-chapter preview lets you evaluate the book first. If your purchase is faulty, we will fix it or refund it.

Why downloads are non-refundable
Once we email your license key and you download the app, the product has been delivered in full and cannot be returned. For that reason we do not offer refunds for a change of mind.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on an online purchase. Polar is the merchant of record for your order and administers any such right under its Buyer Terms, which you agree to at checkout.
When we will refund
We refund a genuinely faulty or undeliverable purchase. For example: your license key does not work and we cannot fix it, or you were charged twice for the same order. This is a fault-report window, separate from the EU and UK withdrawal right described above. Email hello@hyoogoo.com within 14 days of your purchase and tell us what went wrong.
How a refund is processed
Polar is the merchant of record, so it processes any refund to your original payment method. Contact us first at hello@hyoogoo.com and we will arrange it, or raise the request from the receipt Polar emailed you.

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date below.
